Well, the cookie should only be returned to the original site, so site 1
should receive a different JSESSIONID than site 2. The only place where this
is a problem is if you're trying to do different sessions on locations with
the same prefix, like:

mydomain.com/
mydomain.com/directory/

If you try to run different sessions for the top-level and the directory,
your top-level will receive your directory session ids. (I think...)
