Forget the classpaths and drop these two exe's that start and stop tomcat in
window. You put them in your tomcat bin directory. Also direct other people having startup
porblem in windows on the listserve to this site.

Please add fallowing to c:\autoexec.bat file, and restart windows.

set JAVA_HOME=C:\jdk1.2.1
set TOMCAT_HOME=C:\tomcat
set ANT_HOME=C:\tomcat\bin

Of course change the path to the real one.
