Subject RES: Tomcat Configuration
Date Thu, 15 Feb 2001 16:28:04 GMT
I think that the correct path is
http://localhost:8080/ROOT/jsp/num/numguess.jsp

if you want to be /jsp u need to put under the $tomcat_home/webapps/
directory ... and on server.xml file will apper something like this:

        <Context path="/jsp"
                 docBase="webapps/jsp"
                 crossContext="true"
                 debug="0"
                 reloadable="true"
                 trusted="false" >
        </Context>

Assunto: Tomcat Configuration

Hi,
I copy all jsp files from
"C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\examples\jsp\*.*" to
"C:\jakarta-tomcat\webapps\ROOT\jsp\".  When I make a
request from browser
"http://localhost:8080/jsp/num/numguess.jsp", I got
these error messages "Page not found". How should I
configure Tomcat to recognize JSP files? Thanks.
Don Ha
