Subject Forwarding Servlet/JSP Request to Tomcat from Apache

Hi All,
  After much hair pulling,I have been successful in
installing tomcat with Apache Server. Now the Apache
Server , registers , the JServ extensions. however,
when i try to access the example servlets in the
Tomcat distribution i get the "File Not Found Error".
I am enclosing , here the error logs and the Apache
config file for Tomcat.
Can someone please help me?
