Sorry, after hitting the 'Send' button I realized that your TOMCAT_HOME is
set :-(.

But is it set correctly? The class which is not found is in ant.jar. Is
your ant.jar located in e:\foo\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\lib, i.e. does the file
e:\foo\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\lib\ant.jar exist?
If not, find where it is located and set TOMCAT_HOME to the path of the lib
directory ( which should be the full path of the file MINUS
"\lib\ant.jar"? )
