Hi Steve,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, unfortunately :(,  I think I'm going to go down the path of a different
jdk and complete reinstall of Tomcat.

It's the only thing I can think of as to why a previous installation (on my
other machine) would work and the current one does not.
