Subject Shutdown problem

<br>I start Tomcat 3.1 perfectly and when I run Shutdown.bat script, the

<p>Looks like something wrong with configuration of JVM? Why still "Out
of environment space if I've set the Initial environment memory property
to recommended 2816?
<br>Second question is why I can't run .jsp file in browser when offline?
<br>(W98, T/C 3.1 as standalone)
<p>I've searched the mailinglist archive and several FAQs on the topic
but found nothing helpful. Did anybody encounter with same problem? Any
suggestions will be appreciated.
