You need to run a Tomcat 3.2 build. It's not in Tomcat 3.1.

You don't. Considering 3.2 has more features and les
sbugs (in theory) you'd be better off running a
3.2 beta for now. 3.2 final should be out soon
if its for a production environment, and that makes your
PHB fell better.
