Which lib directory ? Tomcat 4.0M2 loads the jar files from the web
application's lib directory (ie /context/WEB-INF/lib), and not the
jakarta-tomcat/lib directory as it previously did.
What is does now is correct behaviour, as described in the servlet
spec.
