If it's Windows 95 simply add the things you typ to the autoexec.bat on the
C drive root...
Or you can do it on two other methods, if you use a script to run Tomcat,
you can just add the Set statement in the script, if you do it from a MS-Dos
prompt window, using a shortcut, you can create a batch file with the set
variable and associate that batch file to the MS-DOS shortcut.
