Please help me !!

My problem is:

i've installed apache and Tomcat.
I want to develop an application composed of static (html, js, ...) files
and dynamic files (jsp, servlet).
To use Tomcat as plugin of Apache to serve only dynamic files i make so (as
written in doc files).
My tomcat.conf file is:

 ######################################################################
#              Apache-Tomcat Smart Context Redirection               #
######################################################################
LoadModule jserv_module modules/ApacheModuleJServ.dll
<IfModule mod_jserv.c>
ApJServManual on
ApJServDefaultProtocol ajpv12
ApJServSecretKey DISABLED
ApJServMountCopy on
ApJServLogLevel notice

ApJServDefaultHost localhost
ApJServDefaultPort 8007

Alias /ncs C:\tomcat\webapps\ncs
<Directory "C:\tomcat\webapps\ncs">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
</Directory>
<Location /ncs/WEB-INF/>
    AllowOverride None
    deny from all
</Location>
<LocationMatch /ncs/*.jsp>
    SetHandler jserv-servlet
</LocationMatch>
ApJServMount /ncs/servlets /ncs
ApJServMount /servlets /ROOT
</IfModule>

my context is called ncs. All application files are putted in
c:\tomcat\webapp\ncs.
In httpd.conf file i've inserted only this line:
Include "C:\tomcat\conf\tomcat.conf"

The problem is that jsp files are interpreted well, but servlet not !!
help me please !!
