Hi: you can edit server.xml to do this.

Subject: no-browsing-the-directory-function

Hi there,

I have installed tomcat with IIS. In the
webapps directory I have added a new
directory "mydir", and configured in the
config. File.

I copied some files into the "mydir".

Now my problem:

when I surf to my tomcat-server with:

http://localhost:8080/mydr <http://localhost:8080/mydr>

then I can see all files which are in there.

How can I disable this? Something like
a "no-browsing-the-directory-function" ??

So that the only way to access the directory
is to write:
http://localhost:8080/mydir/index.htm
<http://localhost:8080/mydir/index.htm>

Thx,
Greetings,
Adrian
