Hi frank,

it is simple
First of all all I looked at into source which was generated by tomcat. I
knew when i use "use bean " tag so in the source code must be called
function Beans.instantiate and there I found the tomcat's exception Cannot
create beans......so on..
I found in Beans.java those 3 possible exception..

I get source code comes with JDK distribution.  src.jar
