I found that the java path specified in that comes with
3.2b2 is wrong.  It includes xml.jar, which I assume was present in 3.1, but
it needs to include jaxp.jar and parser.jar instead.  If this is your
problem, you should see an exception class not found for HandlerBase in
jvm.stderr.  If jvm.stderr is not present, you probably don't have java_home
or tomcat_home set properly in

The service starts
and then stops 2 seconds later. Has anyone else had this problem?
