Open $TOMCAT_HOME/conf/server.xml in your favourite editor,
change line
	<Parameter name="port" value="8080"/>
to
	<Parameter name="port" value="80"/>

Then restart Tomcat.
Note: The port 80 has to be free, that means no other
web server software (e. g. apache) should run on this port.
