I also got such a warning with Tomcat 3.1 but it seemed not to
bother Tomcat too much and it kept on running.  If it still bothers
you then you can comment out or remove the <description> tag.

This is with stand-alone Tomcat with Borland's JBuilder 3.5's JDK 1.2.2,
Windows 2000.
