Subject: JSP: include jsp/html file from a custom tag or bean

Is there any way to include a jsp or html file from either a custom tag or a
bean using useBean? I tried calling pageContext.include(file), which does
include the file, but gets an exception after the file is included as
follows:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: OutputStream is already being used for this
request.
