Simple question, been trying to do this all day - should it be
possible to write a simple rmi client bean to connect to a java daemon
registered with rmiregistry - that is instantiated via a JSP

I'm having a nightmare trying to get this to work and I wondered whether
anyone else has managed it? I know TomCat is OK as I can run simple
JSP beans, my (simple) RMI example works off the command line

I'm wondering whether (how) I can specify a security policy file for the
bean invoked by the JSP?

Solaris 8 / Java 1.2.1

Cheers

Howard
