Apache only reads its configuration files at startup, so if you manually add
a virtual host section to httpd.conf, you must restart Apache for apache to
know about that virtual host.  Given that Apache cannot automatically start
Tomcat (at least as of the 3.1 version), you must also restart Tomcat.  Hope
