html-helper-mode does the best job I have seen. It doesn't quite
highlight and indent the java and html at the same time (as Emacs does
not support more than one major mode active in a buffer at the same
time), but it does let you narrow to a JSP (or ASP or JavaScript)
region and display that in the appropriate mode, then jump back to
displaying the whole buffer as html with a single keypress (F4).
