I have gotten Tomcat to run on three different NT machinesm, each time
having to 
make changes to tomcat.bat.  So I was hoping that your revision would
work out-
of-the-box, so to speak.  It didn't.

I remember this being a problem before:

and it is still a problem.  My classpath clearly includes the tomcat\lib
jar's.  Which is where HttpConnectionHandler
lives.  ???
