Sorry for missing attached file.

One more thing to check out in my opinion, check your server.xml file in %TOMCAT_HOME%\conf\server.xml

In this file, there is a line such like this,

<Connector className="org.apache.tomcat.service.SimpleTcpConnector">
            <Parameter name="handler" value="org.apache.tomcat.service.http.Http
ConnectionHandler"/>
            <Parameter name="port" value="8080"/>
</Connector>

Check this file whether or not it has a proper syntax. This file must be a well-formed xml
file.

check point:
1.all of values are double quoted
2.there must be no missing closing tag. such like <paramter></paramter> or <parameter
... />
3.all informations are case sensitive.

I hope this info helps you.

Jung
