Yes , for me it was the ApacheModuleJserv.dll . I downloaded the latest one
for the Tomcat3.1 version and got rid of this problem. Probably i was
still using the module of the Tomcat3.0 version.
In UNIX i never had this problem.
Note that i am using the mod_jserv.so module which comes with JServ1.1 om my
Solaris2.6 installation.
It works fine with Tomcat3.1
