Textpad 4.x does a KILLER job of this.  After you download Textpad
(http://www.textpad.com/) head over to <getting the link>
http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/syntax.html.  You can define your own syntax
highlighting scheme to a certain degree.  I think there are three different
flavours of highlighting for JSP up there.
