I have a context in server.xml which looks like this:
        <Context path="/adam" docBase="webapps/adam" reloadable="true">
        </Context>

It appears the reloadable flag doesn't work. When I compile a class in that web
application, it isn't reloaded unless I restart the server.

How do I make this work?
