Subject RE: Apache/Tomcat
Date Tue, 23 May 2000 16:40:53 GMT
I'm this close. Apache is now trying to start Tomcat but I'm getting an
error when tomcat tries to connect to port 8007 and use ajpv12.
mod_jserv.log gives me
'ajp12: can not connect to 127.0.0.1:8007'
'ajp12: connection fail'
followed by a standard error message

error.log shows that org.apache.tomcat.net.DefaultServerSocketFactory tried
to create a socket and this threw an exception.

If I leave everything the same but set 'ApJServManual On' then start Apache
and manually start Tomcat everything works as expected.

This is Apache 1.3.12 and the Tomcat binaries from 22nd May.

Do I need a different ApacheModuleJServ.dll and if so where do I get the
latest and greatest?

Thanks,

Kevin Jones
