Thanks for your help. But unfortunately it doesn't work. I couldn't open
with text-editor like notepad, because while I try to open it gives
options like Open, Edit...

When I clicked on Edit it again gave the following(same) error.

Unable to load: XML parse error.
Error on line 5 at position 34.

Reference to undeclared namespace prefix: 'xmlmapper'.

    <xmlmapper:debug level="0" />
---------------------------------^

Can you please kindly send me your server.xml file.

Open the xml file using a text-editor (like notepad). Probably your
default
viewer for xml files is Internet Explorer.
