Hello everybody!
According to Users guide I have set the paths and increased the memory
space for .bat files. Presently I am using windows98 . Now my problem is
I want to run the servlet examples and am not able to do so, for
instance I wanna run the example
C:\tomcat\webapps\examples\servlets\helloworld Can you please tell me
how to run the servlet in Tomcat.

When I click on startup.bat it gives following text:
Starting tomcat in new window
Using classpath:
C:\tomcat\classes;C:\tomcat\lib\webserver.jar;C:\tomcat\lib\jasper.jar;C
:\tomcat\lib\xml.jar;c:\JDK1.3\lib\tools.jar;
c:\tomcat\lib\servlet.jar;c:\tomcat\lib\webserver.jar;

a new window opwns with the following text:
Context log: path="/examples" Adding context path="/examples"
docBase="Webapps/examples"
Context log: path="" Adding context path ="" docBase="webapps/test"
Starting tomcat. Check logs/tomcat.log for error messages
Starting tomcat install="C:\tomcat" home="C:\tomcat"
classPath="C:\tomcat\classes;C:\tomcat\lib\webserver.jar;C:\tomcat\lib\j
asper.jar;C:\tomcat\lib\xml.jar;c:\JDK1.3\lib\tools.jar;
c:\tomcat\lib\servlet.jar;c:\tomcat\lib\webserver.jar;

Thank you very much in advance.
