OK, I will stick with tomcat-apache.conf for all times now.

Yeah, I have this page open in my browser for the whole day now.

There is written (confusingly):

Lets look now at a sample tomcat.conf file.

                    A Minimalistic Apache-Tomcat Configuration

###########################################################
# A minimalistic Apache-Tomcat Configuration File #
###########################################################

# Note: this file should be appended or included into your httpd.conf

When tomcat-apache.conf is generated by tomcat, it makes sense
that you have to start tomcat first, the apache since httpd.conf
is read once and the Include of tomcat-apache occurs once.

I was refering to the one in (the tomcat generated) tomcat-apache.conf
after tomcat was started.

And it always looks like:
LoadModule jserv_module libexec/mod_jserv.so

But I need /usr/local/libexec/apache/mod_jserv.so

(I moved tomcat's mod_jserv.so there, otherwise I won't see where tomcat
has a libexec in it's tree or what sense a relative path to libexec
would make sense)
