The problem is that Windows automatically associates the .xml file extension
with Internet Explorer. Your browser is giving you the error because it
can't find the DTD associated with server.xml. Even if you could view the
document with the DTD, you can't actually edit the contents of the config
file with I.E.. Open and edit you XML files through your normal text editor.
It might be an idea to remove the .xml association from I.E. and redirect it
to the same. Yours...
