Subject Mapping. I can't map my servlets.
Date Tue, 23 May 2000 19:09:17 GMT
Hello. I'm from Argentina. (I´m sorry, mi English isn't very good).

I have a problem using Tomcat release v.3.1 with Apache v.1.3 running on a
Red Hat Linux v.6.0

Before I install Tomcat, I´d use JServ v1.2 and GNUJSP v.1.0.0 for serve the
JSP´s.

I had mapped some file extensions to some servlets. I had defined servlet's
zones.

I try to do this in Tomcat and I can't do it, because the mapping don't
work.

My web.xml file look like this:
<web-app>
    <servlet>
        <servlet-name>
            LoginCheck
        </servlet-name>
        <servlet-class>
            org.gauna.LoginCheck
        </servlet-class>
    </servlet>
    <servlet-mapping>
        <servlet-name>
            LoginCheck
        </servlet-name>
        <url-pattern>
            *.bop
        </url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>
</web-app>

My directory herarchy look like this:
|usr
 |-local
  |-tomcat
   |-webapps
    |-contable
     |-WEB-INF
     ||-classes
     | |-org
     |  |-gauna
     |   |LoginCheck.class
     |Index.bop
     |Index.jsp

The context "contable" has been defined in server.xml.
