Ricardo,
The JSPService is an executable that is downloaded in the jsplauncher_src.zip
file from this site.  Read the readme.txt file that is in this .zip and it will
explain how to install JSPService.  This has to be installed from a command
line.  I know this works because I am using this on one of our NT servers.
