Subject Running tomcat on another interface
Date Thu, 20 Apr 2000 05:19:51 GMT
Hi All,

I have 2 Ethernet interfaces on my machine (linux - debian - kernel 2.2) .
By default Tomcat binds to the default interface
I want to run Tomcat on the 2nd interface.

I am trying to run Tomcat at Port 80.
I have tried to change wherever I cold find 'localhost' to the 2nd interface
'X.X.X.X'
Since I already have apache running on the default interface (Bound only to
1st interface)
Tomcat returns an error saying that 'address already in use'.

Anyone have any idea which configuration I have to change ?

Best regards,
Jacob
