Dear Stefan:

    I have seen it written that one must question the appropriateness
    of attempting SSL on NT.  Not that it can't be done, but the
    argument is  that there are just too too many ways to breach
    security on NT that it isn't a wise game plan.

    This is why you may not see very many examples of Apache
    + SSL on NT.
