By using the standard approach for Java classpaths, where the directory
structure matches the package hierarcy.  Example:  You've got a servlet in a
class named "com.mycompany.MyServlet" that you want to put in your web
application.  You would put the class file in
"WEB-INF/classes/com/mycompany/MyServlet.class".
