This XPath expression shoudl do it...

/attributelist/attribute[@name='fcreacion']/value

Or in JSP this would look like...

<xtags:parse>
<atributelist>
<atribute name='nameDoc'> <value>Documento1</value>
</atribute>
<atribute name='fcreacion'> <value>14/11/2001</value>
</atribute>
<atribute name="id_Doc"> <value>11122</value>
</atribute>
</atributelist>
</xtags:parse>

<xtags:valueOf select="/attributelist/attribute[@name='fcreacion']/value"/>

Which would output:-

14/11/2001
