jvm stack trace

I'm trying to enable SSL on a tomcat 6.0.32 on a windows 2003 server machine
with tcnative version 1.20.

When I add the following lines to the server.xml

    <Connector port="8443"

It crashes as:

C:\Tomcat 6.0\bin>tomcat6.exe

C:\Tomcat 6.0\bin>

It looks an error related to tcnative and SSL.

I attach the complete log.

Thanks a lot.
