Tested. It works on Linux, but it fails on Solaris.
SEVERE: Error starting endpoint
java.net.BindException: Permission denied <null>:80
         at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.JIoEndpoint.start(JIoEndpoint.java:391)
         ...

7.0.4 works as expected since sockets are created at init()
