Hi All,

I have a problem with Apache tomcat 6 with Jdk 1.6 on S.O. Windows Server 2003
, it's a Virtual Machine on VMWare ESX Server

The Windows Server have 4 GB Ram

I configure the heap memory set with tool tomcat6w

Initial memory pool 512
Maximum memory pool 2048

When start the service the application have this error

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap

With "Maximum memory pool" set in 1024 the service start normally

I can reserve 2gb memory at the heap or no???

Thank for help
