Existing documentation yielded nothing. Perhaps I should've been more specific on the "need".
I need to assess the algorithm info in order to ensure export compliance for one of our products
that uses Tomcat. I thought Dev would be more suitable for this question other than the Legal...

Sorry, but your vague 'need' to know does not constitute a claim 
on developers' time.

Try the users' list, or the documentation or the source code.
