It seems viewvc has a config switch "cross_copies" that despite its
misleading description comment seems to track revisions across copy/move.

The switch defaults to "0" but will default to "1" with the next release
1.1.3. So maybe one can consider switching it in 1.1.2 or at least
check, whether the old configuration should be adjusted once the next
release is done and gets instaled at the ASF.
