the default <Executor> maxThreads is 200, I think for a blunt install 
that is a good value.
It's usually what I tell folks that are starting up, and no idea about 
their own app.

200 is low enough to not cause any resource issues, and high enough to 
handle a decent load of a traffic on the typical starter (small) box
