Additional Comments:

 * the wrong handling of 304 Responses results in corrupt images in the browser
window if a user hits reload.

 * the HTTP connector has specific handling of certain response types:

   Http11Processor.java:1516:

        if ((statusCode == 204) || (statusCode == 205)
            || (statusCode == 304)) {
            // No entity body
            outputBuffer.addActiveFilter
                (outputFilters[Constants.VOID_FILTER]);
            entityBody = false;
            contentDelimitation = true;
        }

   whereas the AJP Connector does not.
