I believe we have complete .htaccess with mod_rewrite at our disposal,
for URLs in the tomcat.apache.org namespace.  So we could, and I'd
like, to:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule /faq/(.*) http://wiki.apache.org/tomcat/FAQ/$1 [R=301]

Or whatever we decide is appropriate.
