Bugzilla is not a support forum.
You should use the tomcat-users mailing list, see
http://tomcat.apache.org/lists.html

Please check your apache configuration, especially the JkMount directives there.
 
It may be that you configured it so that only *.jsp requests are being forwarded
to Tomcat. See
http://tomcat.apache.org/connectors-doc/webserver_howto/apache.html#Assigning%20URLs%20to%20Tomcat
