Summary: Can't deploy application with "path" attribute when
                    using
                    $CATALINA_HOME/conf/[enginename]/[hostname]/context.xml
                    method
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.5.23
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: eric_qian@126.com

when i deploy a web application using
$CATALINA_HOME/conf/[enginename]/[hostname]/webcontext.xml method, tomcat will
deploy the application using the file name for its context name, not the path
attribute in the webcontext.xml file. This bug also appeared in 6.0 serious.
The problems are:
1:org.apache.catalina.core.mbeans-descriptors.xml missing the "path" attribute for
mbean StandardContext.
2:in org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig about line 620:we can call method
context.setPath(contextPath) when context.getPath() is null.
