I'm sorry but if I'm reading JSP.2.5.1 correctly then the comment should apear
in the response output stream as is. But unfortunately this does not happen,
instead the "<!--" and "-->" gets removed from the response output stream and
the comments appear as text in the generated output which I beleive is wrong.
Note, this only happens when using XML syntax.
