Also on this same page, the link to the Tomcat documentation in the body of the page still
points to 
tomcat-docs. The one in the navigation menu in the sidebar is correct.

There are a number of differences between index.html and index.jsp, and frankly, I don't see
the reason 
for having both, except, perhaps, to allow noobs to play around with the order of the file
names in the 
welcome-file-list in web.xml, but I don't think it's documented anywhere. Most people probably
miss the 
fact that there are redundant files.
