The ap_http_header_filter sets the sent_bodyct.
If I get it right ap_http_header_filter is called by ap_pass_brigade
that is called by ap_rwrite in ws_write()

In 1.3 it is set in ap_send_http_header() that we call in mod_jk.c
(ws_start_response).
