I can find no reference to a file called wraper.c that is in any way associated
with Apache Tomcat.

I can find references to a file called wrapper.c but not in any software
distibuted as part of Tomcat.

If "wraper.c" is reporting the error then you need to contact the provider of
wraper.c to get help.

You may be able to get some additional help from the Tomcat users list. See
http://tomcat.apache.org/lists.html for more details. If you do post to this
list I strongly suggest you include the following information:
- full Tomcat version
- operating system
- the error message text
